Responsibilities:
• Draft and/or Verify confirmations
• Track all outstanding items and resolve all discrepancies with counterparties on a timely basis
• Interface with Legal and Middle Office to standardize confirmation process
• Assist settlements with cash breaks by analyzing trade booking errors
• Monitor and process all derivative contracts with ISDA / OTC Counterparties
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for senior management
• Assist in the reconciliation process to help identify and resolve trade, valuation and margin call disputes
• Participate in special projects as needed
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience within a Documentation, Middle Office or Operations team
• Knowledge of ISDA definitions, DTCC, and OTC derivative products
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros and Charting). Murex experience preferred
• Excellent Communication skills, proactive approach to resolution of process deficiencies
• Bachelor degree required
